time to ride!

a wise man once said, 'everybody's workin' for the weekend'. oh wait, that was mike reno of loverboy. silly me. the weekend is upon us, my belly is full of chicken chilli masala, and the weather is looking good! i'm still not over my cold yet, but we won't tell old joe. i'm ready to ride! looking to get in 40+ miles tomorrow and another 25+ on sunday. tomorrow's ride should be higher intensity than sunday's since it'll just be me, soupy and amanda tomorrow. rain, rain stay away! sunday's forecast is looking awesome but tomorrow we could use a little bit of luck. a little rain never hurt nobody, right?

grrr...i have to make some decisions...and quick! i really, really want that 29er, but since finding out that my fork can't be rebuilt, i really, really need a new fork, too. jajones from the mmba board has a practically brand new fox f80rl for $250 which is a frickin' steal! amanda's pimpin' a brand new f100x on her new ride. lucky. hmm...is it time to bust out the plastic and get both? it sucks being broke! okay, i will get my resume together this weekend because i need to land that job. procrastination is like a disease.
